FocusIn is designed to work entirely over your local Wi-Fi. We collect the minimum needed to run the service:
We never collect or store your screen content, audio streams, keystrokes, file contents, or anything displayed through FocusIn. All broadcasts flow directly between devices on your network and are never routed through our servers.
We use collected information solely to operate the product, deliver license keys, handle support requests, and improve FocusIn. We do not sell your personal information.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and the app is distributed via GitHub Releases and Homebrew. Payments, when live, are processed by our Merchant of Record (currently planned: Dodo Payments). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
FocusIn is commonly used in schools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. School administrators are responsible for consent where required by local law.
Diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to resolve issues. You may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us at the address below.

By downloading, installing or using FocusIn (\"the Software\"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Software on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The Software is provided under a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for its intended purpose. A paid Pro subscription grants the same license for all features included in Pro during the subscription period.
Pro is billed monthly at US$12.99 (or your local equivalent), with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, who handles billing inquiries and refunds.
A License Key unlocks Pro features in the app. Keys are personal to the purchaser; sharing, reselling or distributing keys is prohibited. Misuse may result in revocation without refund.
You agree not to use the Software to: violate any law or school policy; intercept or tamper with others' data without authorization; or distribute malware. The Software is a legitimate classroom and screen-sharing tool, and must be used with the consent of the device owner.
The Software is provided \"as is\" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from use of the Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
